Each Theme is a roundtable table (with its own seat capacity). Each theme can have several specific Topics — the actual discussion points participants pick from.
One CSV upload, format auto-detected:
• Registration export (First Name, Last Name, Email, Topic Preferences, Theme) — creates a new conference with its topics and participants in one step, or adds participants to whichever conference is currently selected if their themes match its existing topics.
• Topics (Name, Min, Max, Description) — adds topics to the selected conference.
• Participants (Name, Email, Preference1..5) — adds participants to the selected conference.
• Assignment overrides (Name, Email, Assigned Topic) — applies manual assignments for the selected conference.
• Conferences (Name, Date, Description) — bulk-creates new conferences.
